Selling house need fast-growing plants to cover dirt mound

I'm about to sell my house, and there's this big dirt mound in the yard that I need to cover up fast with some quick-growing plants. I'm hoping to find some suggestions for plants that are easy to care for, look good, and can fill in the area quickly. Any recommendations?

@ZeroGrassHero here's my recos for you: if you want something that will come back, look at aggressive perennial groundcovers. Creeping Phlox offers quick, dense mats with spring flowers. Sedum (Creeping Stonecrop) varieties are super low maintenance and spread well, handling tough conditions. Vinca minor (Periwinkle) is also a classic, fast-spreading evergreen option that tolerates some shade.
